我們希望了解並揭露台灣小學生與美國小學生在英文能力上的真實差距，打破只依靠本地標準、無法全面評估實力的現狀。透過清楚、具數據基礎的分析，協助家長與學校了解學生不只是「台灣表現如何」，而是「放到全球，實力在哪裡」。
